The Meadows
The Meadows is the lower level of our Chapel and is available for all to use for meetings or classes.
The Meadows is 2,900 square feet and looks out onto Moose Meadows. It is a beautiful site to have a meeting.
This room was created to serve Girdwood residents. We wanted to provide a facility for community gatherings. Unfortunately we must collect fees to help pay for all the costs of maintaining such a wonderful building. One hundred percent of all fees collected will be applied to the operating costs of The Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows and The Meadows Community Hall.
The Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows want it to be economical for all to use and created this fee structure for meetings or classes:
- $10 for one hour's use
- $20 for up to four hours
- $50 over four hours use of the hall.
Example: To hold a one hour meeting, the fee is $10. For a one hour meeting in The Meadows and use of the kitchen, the fee is $20.
